Open Beam Interface Lite
Generic interface for high end scanning and patterning devices
The Open Beam Interface project aims to make getting data into and out of scanning and patterning systems (like electron/ion microscopes and e-beam lithography ststems) substantially more accessible. The Open Beam Interface Lite is a new hardware design and associated software to bring the capabilities of the OBI ecosystem to lower cost hardware, applicable for systems in use by smaller research organizations, maker/hackerspaces and other grassroots semiconductor/nanofabrication/materials research labs.
