The winners of the October 2011 calls are:

• Jingle XMPP/SIP SIMPLE gateway by Project of AG Projects BV, The Netherlands.
  The project will create a service to connect XMPP and SIP streams for audio, chat, and presence.  
• Samizdat by Andrew Cady, USA.
  For anyone who desires secure communication with others who lack the computer literacy (or merely patience) to configure public key cryptography or VPNs themselves.
