The winners of the April 2013 call are:

  • ViewerJS

    WebODF.js and PDF.js are techniques that render documents in a browser using javascript. This project enhances popularity of both these techniques by combining them in a single meta-project. The meta-project has simple instructions, no external dependencies, and presents a unified interface.

    This will be packaged in single download that contains html and javascript that can be embedded in any webpage to displays ODF or PDF documents. The project builds upon earlier WebODF-related projects supported by NLnet.

Donations

  • Serval Project presentation at IS4CWN

    Travel support for the Serval Project leader to attend and present Serval at the International Summit for Community Wireless Networks (IS4CWN) in Berlin in October 2013. This is the premier meeting for open-source and community mesh network practitioners.

    The results of the last years developments will be presented and in particular the recent field usage experience of the Serval mesh software in Nigeria. Also the newest developments including the range-extending Mesh Helper devices prototyped with the assistance of NLnet as well as the security framework (which both address the necessary actions in the Nigerian report). The results to be presented in a complete picture are of significant importance to the IS4CWN community.
