IPSIS protocol creation and development
Rust library unifying real-time control data, audio and video
IPSIS provides an open-protocol and open-source Rust library unifying real-time control data, audio and video through a single cross-platform API, targeting media arts use cases. Building on experience from OSCQuery, ossia and Scenic, it will automatically select suitable transports, from local shared memory to internet streaming, to provide the lowest possible latency and best possible performance in each situation. Its integrations with creative software will simplify connections between tools for interactive installations, live performances and remote creation and collaboration.
