GStreamer WebRTC with librice
Integrate librice into GStreamer multimedia framework
WebRTC is a now almost ubiquitous standard for conference calls. This project will implement missing features required for utilising GStreamer's Rust implementation of WebRTC. Such additional features include support for retransmissions (RTX), and Forward Error Correction (FEC).
GStreamer's Rust WebRTC implementation is the first initial user of librice and requires some additional features within librice. These additional features would include support for DNS resolution of STUN/TURN servers and mDNS ICE candidates, as well as HTTP proxy support for TURN for the most restrictive of network environments.
