CryptPad Scalable Server
Improve the architecture of CryptPad
CryptPad is an open-source end-to-end encrypted collaborative office suite. The goal of this project is to revamp the backend of CryptPad to allow distributing computational or I/O intensive tasks onto several physical or logical nodes, allowing for redundancy and better scaling. Moreover, this new architecture will also allow to distribute data onto more machines and thus remove limitations in terms of performance and storage capacity of file systems. This positively impacts end-users, resulting in a smoother experience and more robustness.
